Refund Policy
If you have a reason for canceling your subscription from Shutterstock, you can change the settings of your user account. But note that the company seems not to provide any refunds. Their cancellation policies are based on the plan you selected to start with. For those who subscribed into annual plans, you are allowed to cancel your plan at the end of the expiration of your subscription. To do so, you will have to alter your account setting. But in case you want to make the cancellation earlier, you will be charged a fee. They do this because of the reduced rate the annual plans subscription charges for photographs and expect you to go to the end of your subscription. Early cancellation warrants that you reach out to Shutterstock directly through the contact form.
